Resumes entered into the Personal Resume Bank from the Ophthal Jobs resume banks are accessible to anyone with an active Ophthal Jobs subscription account. Resumes entered into the Personal Resume Bank from a source other than the Ophthal Jobs resume banks are accessible to only that recruiter; the Recruiters Desktop is password protected. If a recruiter elects to cancel their account, they may email all the resumes in their Personal Resume Bank to any email address they choose and/or print the resumes.

Forums
Ophthal Jobs provides job seeker career forums for each of its career channels. These areas are not restricted and are accessible by anyone visiting the website and Ophthal Jobs personnel.

Personal Information
Ophthal Jobs' resume functionality requires/requests users to give us contact information (such as their email address) and personal information (such as their work histories and academic achievements). The user's contact and personal information is used to contact the visitor when necessary, but is primarily used in the construction of the user's resume and Candidate Profile.

Change/Modify Job Seeker Profile and Resume Information
This site gives job seeker users options for changing and modifying information previously provided. Login to your Job Seekers Desktop and select 'My Profile' to modify account information. To edit specific resume information, select 'Access Resumes'.

Delete/Opt-Out
Many of the services available on our site provide you with the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from our partners and us.
